Job Description: Crawler Crane Mechanic

Experience: 8 - 25+ years (Preferably with experience in working with crawler cranes)

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshooting and Diagnostics- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical wiring connections and mechanical issues in crawler cranes.

· Repairs and Maintenance- Carry out repairs and regular maintenance of cranes in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and company standards.

· Inspection and Reporting- Fill in inspection checklists thoroughly and prepare detailed job reports documenting completed tasks.

· Communication- Regularly update the supervisor on job status, progress, and any challenges encountered.

· Timely Job Completion- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and within the specified timelines.

· Other Duties- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Workshop Manager to support the smooth functioning of operations.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience:

· 8 - 25+ years of experience as a Crawler Crane Mechanic, with a strong focus on crawler cranes.

Technical Skills:

· Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical systems in cranes.

· Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

Soft Skills:

· Strong communication skills for clear and concise reporting.

· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Work Ethic:

· Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company standards.

· Punctual and reliable with a focus on completing jobs on time.
