CPU Manager / Production Specialist - UAE

We have been retained by this well-established company to find a CPU Specialist or Production Specialist to help with the running & management of the CPU!

The role in brief:

As Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Central Kitchen Unit for mass food production. You will work to the highest standards in food production, team management, KPI & controls, and HSE policies & procedures.

The ideal individual for this CPU Specialist role:

• Must be holding a similar job role for an Events Company / Airline Caterer or Group of 5* Hotels
• Must have excellent communication skills - written & spoken
• Be able to manage, lead, train & inspire large, diverse teams of staff
• Work to the highest standards with exceptional attention to detail
• Very detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Salary packages: AED20-25k pm negotiable for the right person
