5. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
10. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
