Perform RMA functions on faulty spares and equipment, via providers and suppliers.
Keep records of all RMA purchases for essential warranty claims and audits.
Scope
The RMA Coordinator will expedite the processing and receiving of spares requiring the replacement of malfunctioning parts or devices at Warranty, AMC, and Workshop clients.
Responsibilities
Maintain spares availability in line with the CSG requirements for Warranty, AMC, and Workshop consumers.
Communicate with Vendor and Courier logistics regarding RMA shipment schedules.
Preserve packaging material for proper tracking and handling of spares and equipment.
Ensure all RMA transactions are logged, tracked, and escalated based on team requirements.
Keep documentation of all RMA transactions for necessary warranty claims and Vendor/ISO audits.
Coordinate with Team Leaders in determining changing warranty conditions of various vendor tools.
Monitor and inform about spares that are nearing warranty expiration within RMA.
Ensure proper condition and identification of spares and tools at all times.
Maintain a code of ethics regarding attitude, behavior, and commitment while communicating with Vendors and Courier Services.
Experience
4-5 years of experience in IT spare parts management.
