Freight Logistics Coordinator

1. Settlement for both air and sea product costs with freight companies.
2. Assessing offers and preparing orders to designate freight firms for collecting import material in coordination with the supervisor.
3. Follow-up with the products forwarder for delivery status.
4. Delivery information and notices for clearance and sales information.
5. Freight tracker updates and monitoring.
6. Preparing and selecting messenger reservations and follow-ups.
7. Preparing carrier invoices and ensuring deliveries.
8. Preparation and follow-up on freight orders.
9. Freight evaluation and mobilization of goods.
10. Advice on payments for freight POs (where credit facility is not available).
11. Planning clearance of air and sea deliveries with PRO or clearing company.
12. Follow-up with the clearing representative until the stock reaches our storage facility.
13. Working with clearance of imported products and advising the accounts division on cash needs for duty/clearance in advance.
14. Overall freight arrangement progress, agreements, and products input for EPMS, projects, and production.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Capacity to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to move before starting the job (Required).

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).

Experience: Freight logistics: 5 years (Preferred).

Language: English (Preferred).
