Design efficient and effective 4P plan to achieve organization's long-term objectives.
Plan & propose annual/quarterly product plan to management with roadmap for execution.
Drive the organization's product & sales strategy through operational execution in coordination with Asus sales team, authorized distributors, resellers & system integration partners.
Plan, own & execute the annual/quarterly product goals from a P&L perspective.
End-to-end management of product & supply chain dynamics in coordination with cross-functional teams in the region, territory & HQ.
End-to-end management of product, pricing & supply chain to achieve quarterly/annual business goals.
Support end-user & channel sales team with product information, pricing & supply chain alignment. This includes planning, forecasting, ordering, resource allocation & internal reporting.
Develop strong relationships with end-customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell Asus products & solutions (Notebooks, AiO, Desktops & Chromebooks).
Ensure organized interaction with end-customer & channel on Asus product roadmaps. Organize regular product trainings for internal team, channel partners & customers.
Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with System Integrators, Distributors, Resellers & Asus Service Partners.
Present weekly/monthly sales progress over regular reviews with BDM & Regional Head.
Track competitor product/pricing to develop competition map & Asus strategy to stay ahead.
Explore new end-customer leads provided by inside sales team to assess account potential & map them to propose appropriate products/solutions.
Be proactive in regularly collecting market information to assess the demand & arrive at quarterly/monthly ordering forecast on the global supply chain system.
Qualifications:
Good command of English spoken & written.
Understanding of local IT market with 3-5 years sales related working experience in the IT business either from a vendor or distributor.
Proactive, outgoing and goal-oriented.
Strong execution.
Fluent communication in English is required.
Expert level of MS-Excel knowledge.
