Country Manager (New Energy, Chinese Speaking)

Overview

A leading Chinese OBM company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead expansion in the UAE and future EMEA operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the presence in these strategic markets, with a focus on new energy solutions and sustainable technology products.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive market entry and growth strategies for UAE and EMEA regions;
• Build and manage distribution channels, establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the new energy sector;
• Lead market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and competitive advantages;
• Establish and develop a high-performing local team to support regional operations;
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management;
• Represent the company in industry events and maintain relationships with government entities;
• Ensure alignment between regional operations and global corporate strategies.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the new energy industry, with proven track record in business development;
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution network development;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team building;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory;
• Experience in EMEA markets and knowledge of regional business practices;
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities;
• Willingness to travel extensively within the EMEA region.
