Country Manager

You are an experienced logistics and air cargo professional with over 10 years of expertise in airline cargo operations. You have a proven track record in managing large-scale cargo operations, business development, and compliance with international aviation regulations.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of air cargo operations, freight forwarding, and logistics
• Excellent knowledge of IATA and GCAA regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
• Experience in budget management and P&L responsibilities

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cargo airline operations
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in cargo management systems and logistics technologies
