This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a global or regional management team, contributing to the company’s global strategy and maximising organisational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from strategy planning and target setting to marketing, sales, recruitment, and new product feature proposals.
As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our client's presence in Vietnam. You will be entrusted with maximising revenue growth, setting strategic goals, analysing market trends, and implementing go-to-market strategies. Your leadership will inspire your team to meet KGI/KPI targets while fostering an open-communication environment that empowers their performance. Your contributions will not only impact the local market but also contribute significantly to the company's global expansion.
What You Bring
The ideal Country Manager brings a wealth of experience in B2B software or management consulting. With over five years of management experience leading teams of more than 20 members, you possess excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and mutual respect. Your strong analytical abilities complement your leadership skills, enabling you to navigate complex organisational challenges. You are a problem-solver with a creative mindset, able to think analytically while also considering innovative solutions. You are proficient in English.
