Function: Country Commercial Product Manager

Job Specifications:
As a Country Commercial Product Manager, your main task is to develop the ASUS Commercial PC business, covering laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, and accessories.
Desired Requirements to fulfill role:
- Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
- Oversee the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share.
- Maintain current status of customer requirements for existing and future products, providing feedback to the headquarter R&D team.
- Build strong relationships with local distributor partners and assist local distributors in dealing with headquarters for ordering, logistics, and promotion.
- Work with Sales account managers/specialists and head office teams to ensure accurate forecasting, lead-time estimating, and pricing for products under management.
- Manage product launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P&L impact of product transitions.
- Collaborate with the account management team to understand customer requirements and collect market information.
- Collaborate with local and HQ marketing teams to deliver messages to target audiences and business partners.
- Manage the supply chain, forecast, and shipments to ensure consistent and healthy supply in the country.
- Drive marketing/promotion activities and events to increase mind share for specific product categories.
- Visit key partners inter-state and attend roadshows/trade shows when required.
What do we ask from you?
- Min 5 years of IT business experience in product management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong drive for results.
- Team player and effective in dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Comfortable working with numbers and evaluating/analyzing large sets of data in Excel.
- Ability to work under high pressure and prioritize work deadlines over other commitments.

- Interest in PC technologies, trends, and product management.
