Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their needs at the counter.
• Manage daily sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Promote services and upsell relevant laundry services to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and inventory.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Experience Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Prior experience in the laundry field is mandatory.
  • GCC experience is preferred and considered an advantage.
• Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Age: Below 30 years.
• Religion: Muslim candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1200 AED per month.
• Accommodation: Provided.
• Food Allowance: Included.
• Leave Policy:
  • 75 days leave after 2 years OR
  • 30 days leave after 1 year, along with leave salary.
