Responsibilities
- Assist Cost Managers in preparing and tracking project budgets.
- Analyze cost data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
