Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.

• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Sage Estimating or ProEst demonstrates technical competence.
• Professional certifications like Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or Associate Constructor (AC) are highly valued.
