Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring project costs and expenditure.
- Analyzing cost variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Forecasting future costs based on project progress.
- Monitoring project budgets and cost estimates.
- Reviewing and validating cost estimates provided by contractors and vendors.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of cost data.
- Conducting quantity take-offs and measurements.
- Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents.
- Evaluating tenders and proposals from contractors and suppliers.
- Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
