About the Client:

A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain cost control systems, track expenditures against budgets, and monitor inventory and material usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Assist in budget preparation, conduct financial analyses to forecast expenditures, and implement corrective actions to manage potential cost overruns.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, analyze cost trends, and present financial data in actionable formats for management review.
• Work with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure cost efficiency, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance with policies and audits.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must have proven experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Accountant, or a similar role in industries such as hospitality, retail, construction, and real estate is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
