Review and analyze cost-related data to maintain control over project and operational expenses.

Develop Cost Control Policies and Procedures:

Create and implement comprehensive cost control policies and procedures to manage expenses and optimize resource allocation.

Regularly update and refine cost control practices to align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
.
Work closely with various departments to integrate cost control measures into their operational processes.

Report to Senior Management on Financial Performance and Cost Control Measures:
.
Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance, cost variances, and the effectiveness of cost control measures.
.
Provide senior management with insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and controlling costs.
.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
.
Develop and implement cost control strategies and best practices.
.
Generate and review financial reports, including cost summaries and variance analyses.
.
Implement cost control measures and procedures to manage and reduce costs.
.
Manage and control the 3 costing pilers of Project costing, Manufacturing Costing, Logistics costing and Overhead costing.

Maintain, develop and monitor the cost, Gross margins and expense budgets on a regular bases flagging variances.
.
Strongly influence and audit the pricing mechanism in collaboration with Estimation department and Management.

Strong collaboration with the ERP department for generation of live costing and variances reports.
Qualifications
.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.)
