Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets
2. Prepare cost reports and financial analysis for management
3. Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve efficiency
4. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
5. Assist in financial planning and forecasting
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

1. 2 to 3 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry
2. Preferably ACMA or CA Inter (Part-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply)
3. Strong understanding of project cost management and budgeting
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
