Corporate Strategy and Business Development Manager
Job description
- Organize and lead business development initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships (existing and new), and participate in networking events.
- Contribute to the development of pitch decks, financial analyses, and proposals for submissions.
- Demonstrated ability to pitch and present the organization's capability and business plan for the opportunity.
- Collect and process large datasets using Microsoft Excel to generate reports, charts, and graphs to present key findings - including NPV & IRR.
- Develop an effective sales plan and communicate it to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Conduct primary & secondary research as needed, providing vital input to project work.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of Middle East macroeconomics and factors influencing development strategies and growth within the real estate sector.
- Stay informed about significant trends and developments in the regional and global real estate landscape to offer well-informed insights.
