Corporate Strategy Analyst

The Corporate Strategy Analyst will analyze the company's historical growth and performance over the last five years, project future growth, and assess the impact of CSR initiatives. This role involves evaluating market trends, financial metrics, and CSR performance to provide actionable insights for investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the company's historical financial performance and growth trends over the past five years.
2. Develop forecasts and projections for the company's performance over the next five years.
3. Assess and report on the effectiveness of the company's CSR initiatives and their impact on business performance.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic growth areas.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, including recommendations for investment strategies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
8. Provide insights on risk management and potential challenges related to growth and CSR.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in financial analysis, corporate strategy, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of financial metrics, market analysis, and CSR principles.
