Corporate Services Administrators are required to be responsible for the administration of their ownlarge portfolio of companies and partnerships, working closely with the relevant responsibleattorneys.
REPORTING
The role will report directly to Senior Vice President, Corporate Services.
JOB DUTIES
To assist with the incorporation of ADGM and DIFC entities, including liaising with clients,drafting documents and completed the ADGM/DIFC portal applications
To deal with day to day correspondence and administrative matters from attorneys, clientsand external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio (the "Portfolio") of
companies and partnerships, originating responses and updating and providing registersand documents as required
To prepare and file corporate documents with government agencies
To interpret board and shareholder resolutions and agreements and update the corporaterecords accordingly
To maintain internal databases and systems including ViewPoint
To conduct due diligence in respect of new directors, shareholders and related third partiesin liaison with the Compliance Department
To review all invoices in relation to the Portfolio and liaise with the client regarding paymentof the same
To follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable within agreed time-frames
To deal with all administrative aspects of closing an entity within the Portfolio, includingrequesting final invoices, updating ViewPoint, and liaising with the client and Attorney asappropriate.
Such other tasks as Senior Management or the Director of Corporate Services may requestfrom time to time
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however the Corporate Services Administratorswill be expected to mentor, train and offer guidance to more junior members of the team.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
Windows/Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Outlook;
Experience of ViewPoint corporate administration software highly desirable.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
The individual must hold an undergraduate degree
A minimum of 3 years' experience in company secretarial position gained from professionalfirms
Experience in setting up companies in ADGM and DIFC

Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential
Individual must be highly organized and detail oriented, with strong administrative skillsand the ability to multi-task
