About the Company - We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Corporate Sales division in Indigo Living LLC, one of Dubai's leading Home Furnishing companies.

About the Role - Working as part of our vibrant Corporate Sales team, you will prospect and engage with clients from various walks of life including villas & apartments, property developers, hotels & hospitality, and other commercial sectors. Liaising with our Interior Design team, you will prepare and present home furnishing suggestions and solutions reflecting Indigo Living's philosophy whilst meeting the clients' requirements. Working with our internal logistics, warehouse, and finance departments, you will oversee a project from the initial design stages to installation, monitoring the progress and quality of services and products, surpassing clients' expectations and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify market opportunities to develop and grow a strong sales pipeline which will ensure annual targets are met.
  2. Research, identify and engage suitable clients within target sectors.
  3. Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients and ensure the opportunity is maximized to its full potential.
  4. Surpass client expectations to secure repeat business and recommendations.
  5. Client Relationship Management - maintain and strengthen relationships with your clients.
  6. Develop and maintain a database of business contacts.
  7. Achievement of personal and departmental goals & objectives as well as sales target.
  8. Maintain a smooth flow of day-to-day operations in the Corporate department.
  9. Clearly communicate and coordinate with the support functions & support personnel.
  10. Complete required sales reports for the division on time.
  11. Identify and develop ways of improving process, costs and communications more effectively and efficiently.
  12. Ensure timely response to all enquiries & client leads assigned to Corporate.
  13. Make a post project follow-up call to clients to ensure the service level requirements & project expectations have been met.
  14. Attend Sales meetings and provide regular updates to management of sales forecast, situation analysis and business opportunity.
  15. Encourage teamwork to achieve department and company goals.
  16. Take initiative and responsibility to support colleagues and new team members in all products and services offered and help to conclude deals.
  17. Complete training if required. Attend training courses when required.
  18. On identifying an issue, propose solutions with your line manager.
  19. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure data posting is within the set timeline.

Qualifications - Ideally, you will have home furnishing and/or interior design experience and have a proven track record in an equivalent role covering both B2B & B2C sales, with a minimum of 3 years experience, fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Enthusiastic, confident, efficient, genuine, and responsible, with an ability to work independently & sometimes under pressure. You will also have a UAE driver's license and your own car.

Remuneration - Competitive package - Salary (dependent on experience) + unique Commission Scheme with excellent earning potential.
