We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Magic Circle firm in Dubai who are looking for an Associate to join their Corporate team.

Our client has an exceptional global reputation, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering exceptional legal service. This role would suit someone who wants to work on high-profile, complex cases while progressing their career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

The Corporate team advises on a broad range of M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings for leading global clients. You will work on market-leading transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-4 PQE
• Admitted in England & Wales, Australia or New Zealand
• Excellent academic record
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US, or highly ranked law firm.
