Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Corporate M&A Lawyer to support a prominent organisation based in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role involves delivering high-quality legal advice across a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Key responsibilities include:

1. Drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
2. Advising on M&A transactions and regulatory compliance.
3. Contributing to the organisation's strategic initiatives.

The role offers a balance of flexibility and hands-on involvement to support the company's legal and commercial objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in a recognised international jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience with a leading international law firm or in-house legal team; corporate M&A experience is essential.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the corporate and commercial context, is highly desirable.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
