Corporate Legal Counsel

This is a very cool opportunity for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join a technology business in Abu Dhabi.

This role is 90% true M&A and 10% helping out the rest of the team on commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Must have worked or be working at a Magic Circle / Top US law firm
• Must have worked in a big-ticket Corporate M&A team
• Ideally have an interest in technology or have worked on deals with tech-related companies
• Must live in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate in the next 3 months
