MIRA Legal Job Opportunity: Lawyer

MIRA Legal, a distinguished law firm renowned for delivering superior legal services, invites applications for a proficient Lawyer with expertise in working with contracts. This role is pivotal in enhancing our firm's success by managing a broad spectrum of legal tasks, providing authoritative advice, and ensuring legal proceedings' seamless and effective conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to real estate transactions.
  2. Expertly draft and negotiate real estate transactions, encompassing routine leases and their amendments.
  3. Oversee regulatory and compliance-related services.
  4. Act as the firm's representative in property acquisitions and disposals.
  5. Manage defense strategies for municipal code litigation.
  6. Offer legal support and advisory services for a large-scale real estate portfolio, emphasizing proficiency in drafting of strong English contracts.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a comparable role, preferably with significant exposure to the UAE legal environment.
  2. Experience in Real Estate/Development companies in the UAE.
  3. Proficiency in drafting robust English legal contracts.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of various legal domains, procedures, and the legal framework.
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
  7. The ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to stringent deadlines.
  8. Meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organizational competencies.
