We are working with a leading local law firm who are looking to hire a Bahraini Corporate Lawyer for their Bahrain office.

The salary for the role is flexible, as the client's priority is finding a candidate that meets their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and corporate governance.
2. Provide general legal consultancy services.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate and commercial agreements.
4. Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management.
5. Represent clients in high-stakes corporate transactions and negotiations.
6. Conduct legal due diligence for M&As and other corporate transactions.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic legal solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a Bahraini.
2. 8-10 years of experience in corporate law.
3. Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
4. Extensive experience in commercial law, M&As, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
