5. Manage defense strategies for municipal code litigation.
6. Offer legal support and advisory services for a large-scale real estate portfolio, emphasizing proficiency in drafting of strong English contracts.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a comparable role, preferably with significant exposure to the UAE legal environment.
2. Proficiency in drafting robust English legal contracts.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of various legal domains, procedures, and the legal framework.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
6. The ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to stringent deadlines.
7. Meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organizational competencies.
