Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Corporate Lawyer to support a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences organisation in Abu Dhabi. This on-site role involves providing expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating corporate agreements, advising on regulatory compliance, and supporting the organisation's operations in a highly regulated industry. This position offers flexibility while requiring hands-on support to meet the organisation's legal and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in a major international jurisdiction.
• Significant experience with a top-tier international law firm and/or in-house corporate role. Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector would be advantageous.
• Expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regional legal frameworks and regulations, particularly those applicable to the pharma and life sciences industries in the UAE, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a part-time capacity.
• Relevant qualification in Law or a related field.
