Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Job Overview:

Jollibee UAE is seeking an in-house Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support across contract management, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and various real estate related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (leases, supplier agreements, etc.) in alignment with UAE laws and company standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage disputes and support risk management initiatives.
• Advise on corporate transactions and business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role within QSR, F&B, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE-specific legal requirements.
