Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly qualified Lawyer to join our development company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local laws related to the developer sector and corporate law. Fluency in Arabic is essential, along with a strong network and understanding of regional legal practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice and support on development and corporate matters.
2. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
4. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments affecting the developer and corporate sectors in Dubai.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and resolve disputes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. Admitted to practice law in Dubai with a valid license.
3. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as a Lawyer in the developer field and corporate law.
4. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's laws and regulations relevant to development and corporate activities.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
7. Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
