Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders across assigned departments.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the assigned business units.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance improvement plans.
Employee Relations:
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, such as employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Advise management on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Talent Management:
- Support the recruitment and selection process for key positions within assigned business units.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the availability of a qualified talent pool to support business growth.
- Coach and mentor employees to develop their skills and advance their careers.
Performance Management:
- Guide managers on effective performance management practices, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback.
- Monitor employee performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitiveness within the market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating and implementing change management plans.
- Assist in the integration of new acquisitions or business units.
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in human resources management or MBA preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role (e.g., HR Manager, Sr. HR Business Partner).
