Corporate Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Corporate Finance Operations: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Treasury functions.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local regulations, IFRS, and Group policies.
• Implement Financial Controls: Establish and enforce key controls in line with Group standards.
• Audit Management: Work with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and deliver actionable outcomes.
• Tax & Government Relations: Manage relationships with tax authorities and governmental bodies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the corporate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and respond to information requests from stakeholders.
• Business Analysis Support: Provide financial modeling and analysis in support of new business cost savings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Chartered/certified accounting is preferred.

10 years of progressive experience in Finance.

2 to 5 years experience as Director of Finance.

At least 5 years in a large international company with multi-entity responsibility.

Experience in the Hospitality industry or with an Audit firm is preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and analysis. Knowledge of local and international financial laws and tax implications.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at various organizational levels.

Hands-on, proactive self-starter with a continuous drive to improve processes, systems, and performance.

Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of computerized database financial management applications.
