Our client, a prestigious multinational real estate development company based in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting financial assessments and investments related to real estate projects across various geographical markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess deal financing options, including debt and equity structures, as well as legal and tax implications specific to different geographical markets.
Develop compelling investor presentations and offering memoranda (PPMs, pitchbooks, teasers), ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and the interests of target audiences.
Conduct comprehensive technical, legal, risk, and commercial due diligence; validate and interpret financial models, cash flows, and third-party appraisals.
Oversee investor reporting, fund compliance, asset performance, and portfolio equity commitments in collaboration with financial institutions.
Ensure fair representation and full disclosure in valuation matters, maintaining consistency with internal policies.
Stay informed about existing and emerging private equity markets, key players, and relevant market events in the EMEA regions.
Provide insightful market commentary to investors and manage ongoing investor relations effectively.
Develop and nurture relationships with corporate customers to identify new business opportunities.
Evaluate risks associated with investments and their implications on specific investment portfolios.
Maintain awareness of competitive products and services in the real estate sector.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulators, peer groups, and external parties impacting the company's operations.
Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of financial due diligence and commercial feasibility models throughout the investment cycle.
Ensure adherence to company policies and the risk management framework.
Monitor the performance of real estate investments against budgeted targets and benchmarks, initiating remedial actions as necessary.
Gather and synthesize transaction-level and market updates, developing cohesive briefs for marketing materials and interim client updates.
Collaborate with Project Management staff on investor due diligence requests, market research, competitor tracking, and other investor relations activities.
Reconcile project progress with various departments and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Degree in Management, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CFA are desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, or financial advisory, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk analysis and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
Ability to leverage an existing network in Egypt while generating new connections with investors interested in real estate.
Willingness to travel approximately 40% to Egypt as required.
