Hays are currently supporting a prominent family office in the DIFC with a focus on real estate.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Investments and working closely with the investment team, this role holds responsibility for:

1. Monitoring financial performance of projects.
2. Conducting feasibility studies.
3. Preparing financial models and qualitative summaries.
4. Creating presentations for the investment committee.
5. Conducting market research for upcoming projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates must have:

1. 5 years' experience with real estate investments.
2. Big 4 background.
3. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields.
4. Professional qualification preferred (i.e., ICAEW, CFA, FMVA etc.).
5. Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
