About the Job and Company

A regional hotel group with an increased focus on growing in new markets and countries has created an exciting new role responsible for attracting and signing new management agreements for hotels and apartments, adding to the group's current portfolio.

The role reports to the CEO.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous BD experience with portfolio acquisitions - Hotels/serviced apartments in the GCC for the last 3 years+
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong GCC network of contacts
• Arabic speakers - desirable due to protocols/government liaison
• Driving license
• Must be able to travel
• Bachelor's degree - Marketing/Commerce - desirable
• Ability to identify and target potential clients, conduct site visits to assess potential opportunities, and transition from initial contact through to negotiation and closure

Package Details

• Salary: 25K AED package (includes Housing & Basic)
• Bonus scheme up to 50% of annual salary (conditions apply)
• No educational allowance
• Single status contract - Not a family contract - no dependent support
• Medical/Visa/Life insurance provided
• Annual flights provided for self
