Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Account Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to drive sales initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee the tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, must be in the car rental or leasing industry in UAE.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
