About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Core Infrastructure Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a six-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, showcasing expertise in strategic planning and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility / Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is required.
3. At least 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT infrastructure.
4. Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project facets such as scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Define tasks and required resources, create detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
3. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope and objectives, maintaining project alignment with strategic goals.
4. Facilitate regular project meetings, ensure effective communication across project teams and with stakeholders.
5. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution of projects.
6. Prepare, maintain, and circulate minutes of meetings to all relevant stakeholders.
7. Actively engage with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Utilize Microsoft Project Professional (MPP) or equivalent project management tools for project scheduling and management.
9. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
10. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
