We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator-Facilities Management Soft Services tojoin our Integrated Facilities Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: Assist the Operations Manager/Account Manager in delivering contractual FM provisions related to Soft Services. Ensure time-bound and quality service is offered to customers in line with the contractual requirement. Managing a diverse cleaning team on multiple sites as well as record-keeping & admin activities. This role plays critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of cleaning service, maintaining high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Financial
- Ensure daily deployments are maintained as per the contractual
- Ensure invoice information’s and client approvals are shared within the stipulated time frame
- Ensure contractual KPIs are maintained as per scope
- To provide efficient and effective coordination for running smooth IFS operations
Customer
- Responsible for the coordination with all internal stake holders for new contract mobilization
- Maintain healthy and effective business communication with Internal department and client
- Timely actions on client escalations and other operational needs
- Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that arise, implementing solutions to improve efficiency
- Resource management and ensuring smooth operations at all sites
- Ensure to carry out regular cleaning audits to all contracts
Process
- Ensure the work schedules to be created in line with contractual scope for a seamless delivery
- Report any service variations to the contract to the operations Manager
- Effective utilization of CAFM systems on required contract
- Maintaining all records relating to Disciplinary Action, incident reports and Annual leave are collated and referenced
Innovation
- Identify and implement technology solutions
- Improve cleaning effectiveness by developing new cleaning methods
- Creating customized cleaning solutions
