Coordinator, Admin & Security

1. Ensuring safety and security of company premises.
2. Ensure that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
3. Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
4. Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
5. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
6. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour.
7. Monitoring trucks/vehicles/goods/people entering and exiting the company premises.
8. Controls traffic by directing drivers.
9. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
10. Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
11. Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
12. Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
13. Identifying security violations and reporting to the supervisor and also suggesting solutions to resolve security concerns.
14. Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
15. Performing any other duties/projects in line with person’s physical and mental abilities to carry out such task assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet business expectations.
