We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef / Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have culinary expertise, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and portion control meet restaurant / hotel standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety following UAE food safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
• Monitor food storage and handling procedures to ensure freshness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt recipes and adjust ingredients based on customer preferences and dietary requirements.
• Keep up with culinary trends and new cooking techniques.
• Work under pressure and manage multiple orders during peak hours.
• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or food service establishments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders.
• Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity in menu development and food presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
