Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
2. Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
3. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
4. Manage food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
5. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting
2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles
3. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
4. Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
7. Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred
