The Company:
We are an ecommerce company selling over the counter hearing aids in the United States. We specialize in direct response marketing on Facebook ads and other platforms and we have been growing from mid 5 figures per month in May, which is when the company was founded, to multiple 7 figures per month in the span of 3 months.
The reason for the fast-paced growth is the founder's experience and other team members' experience. We don't plan to stop this growth now and in fact are currently on the way to 8 figures per month and are looking to hire a world-class COO that wants to join us and help us get there.
The Position:
We are looking for someone to manage all of our operations from A to Z. The goal is to have someone more experienced than me (the founder) running them and growing them, so that I can focus more on marketing and the product.
The Team:
Our team is fully remote, and spread across the world, with around 60 employees as of now. The bulk of the team is in customer support, but even the marketing and video editing team is getting bigger.
Equity:
For this position, and also for others in the company, I have decided to roll out equity. Equity won't start on day 1, but there will be profit share on the EBITDA that matches the same percentage as the future equity.
