Job description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of COO Executive Assistant at our company.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

- Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making.

- Maintain confidential files and records.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.

- Coordinate and schedule executive meetings, conferences, and events.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic - Arabic Speaker.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
