About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer / COO to spearhead commercial strategy and operational excellence for a growing digital financial services firm. This organization operates globally, offering institutional investors services such as OTC trading, wealth management, and asset management, and prides itself on enabling seamless access to the digital asset economy.

As a key leader, you will drive operational efficiency, oversee client relationships, and work across multiple teams to align strategy and execution. We are also seeking general managers who are perhaps ready to take the next step into a higher role.

Key Responsibilities:
