Conveyancer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Conveyancer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle the legal aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, and transferring property titles. You will ensure that all necessary documentation is properly prepared and compliant with relevant laws and regulations, providing a smooth and timely experience for clients involved in property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Transactions:
2. Manage the legal process of property transfers from contract exchange to completion.
3. Draft and review contracts for property sales and purchases.
4. Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., land registry, mortgage lenders).
5. Advise clients on the legal aspects of property transactions, including potential risks.
6. Ensure proper legal documentation and completion of property transactions, including title deeds and conveyancing certificates.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar legal role related to property transactions.
2. Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing processes, and relevant regulations.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Previous experience with conveyancing software is preferred.
