Now, were expanding our team and looking for a Conveyancer (Sales Progression Specialist) to join us in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, efficient property transactions, delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

The Dream Team: Who Youll Work With

As a Conveyancer (Sales Progression Specialist), youll be working closely with real estate agents, mortgage advisors, developers, and legal teams to ensure all transactions move from agreement to completion as smoothly as possible. Youll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that values efficiency, accuracy, and top-tier client service.

The Main Event: What Youll Do

• Manage the full sales progression process, ensuring seamless transactions from MOU signing to final property transfer.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, banks, developers, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
• Prepare, review, and verify legal documents such as MOUs, NOCs, and title deeds to ensure compliance.
• Work with mortgage providers to facilitate financing approvals and payment processes.
• Keep all parties informed of transaction status, proactively addressing any roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with Dubais real estate regulations and DLD requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular progress updates.

• Proven experience in real estate conveyancing, sales progression, or property administration in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, DLD regulations, and mortgage processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple transactions at once.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to keep deals moving.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
