Tasks

• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures tailored to the company's operations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining a safe working environment.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective safety policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in the English language is a must.
