HVAC Inventory Controller
A/c Background required.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee inventory as well as supply chain management according to company guidelines.
2. Perform essential supply tasks to guarantee the appropriate amount of products remain in supply.
3. Preserve updated and accurate records of stock, including transfers and cycle counts.
4. Review documents and monitor product codes to check for discrepancies and repair quantity discrepancies between stock and documents.
5. Establish and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to optimize performance and cut operations costs.
6. Respond to sales inquiries and order accumulation, as well as examine data to determine appropriate order quantities and process orders for delivery.
7. Review procedures, schedules, and production demands to ensure timely order fulfillment.
8. Track prices of accuracy, purchases, returns, and defective items to inform quality control decisions.
9. Prepare, generate, and file financial stock reports and review reports monthly with management.
10. Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Wage: AED 3,000.00 per month
