Document Controller
- Organizes, handles, and archives a central system of filing papers connected to finance and the industrial division.
- Produces, digitizes, and maintains documents adhering to the company's record lifecycle procedures.
- Manages security and retrieval of personal papers.
- Obtains and preserves invoices, bank documents, and all-important financial files from employees, clients, and vendors, keeping the records until the payment process is completed using tracking logs.
- Safeguards the company's registration papers (trade permit, etc.), occupancy agreements, vehicle registrations, and informs the relevant department for renewals prior to expiration.
- Handles insurance documents and other related records.
- Complies with and follows the Paper Control Policies and Procedures, maintaining the accounting records at the head office for a minimum of 5 years from the end of the financial year of the business.
- Assists with data migration and audit.
- Performs administrative/accounting tasks as required.
