Position: Senior Citizen Supply Controller

Gulf Group Holding, a reputed varied organization based in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking to employ a Senior Citizen Stock Controller. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in leading/managing supply control within a reputed building company in the UAE. Experience in a varied business group with multiple industries will be an added benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor the stock and inventory of all group companies.
2. Oversee supply control in all company stores and warehouses.
3. Manage all stores and warehouse operations to ensure stock availability and control.
4. Monitor and record expiration, leakage, waste, and pilferage.
5. Oversee warehousing and store teams across group companies.
6. Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stockouts.
7. Ensure legal compliance at storage locations at all times.
8. Develop and implement SOPs regarding stock control best practices.
9. Analyze supply chain and storage data and submit reports.
10. Coordinate supply control operations with all group companies' storekeepers, sales, and finance departments.
11. Conduct regular supply audits for all group companies.
12. Maintain supply purchases within budget for all group companies.
13. Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items.
14. Maintain a steady flow of supply from storage to where it is needed.
15. Liaise with warehouse personnel and other internal groups to assess product quality (upon delivery and storage conditions).
16. Maintain updated supply records.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Ras al-Khaimah

Salary: $3000+ per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Must be able to commute or willing to relocate before starting work (Required).
